Nebius offers a dedicated cluster of 5,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs (the “Cluster”) for a contract term of 60 months, priced in USD per GPU-hour, allocated as a whole to a single customer.
The price starts at $15.00/GPU-hour and decreases by $0.15 on a fixed schedule (daily at 12:00 UTC) until it reaches the reserve floor, at which point the auction closes. Approved participants may accept the then-current price at any moment. Accepting the price submits a binding expression of intent; multiple acceptances may be received and Nebius will engage with participants in good faith, giving priority to earlier acceptances at higher prices.
No upfront payment is required. Usage is billed monthly in arrears at the accepted $/GPU-hour rate.
The customer may terminate the agreement at any time with ninety (90) days written notice, without penalty beyond charges for usage during the notice period.
Participation requires pre-registration and approval by Nebius. Nebius may decline or revoke participation at its discretion. Submitting an acceptance does not by itself form a contract; the parties will execute a definitive agreement reflecting the accepted price and these terms.
